GAF Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty: All GAF shingles and accessories come with this limited warranty, which provides coverage against manufacturing defects.
GAF Roofing System Limited Warranty: When customers install any GAF Lifetime shingle along with at least three qualifying GAF accessories, this warranty provides lifetime coverage against manufacturing defects. It includes both the cost of installation labor and replacement GAF products for a period of 10 years. However, it does not cover workmanship errors or improper installation.
System Plus Limited Warranty: This warranty extends coverage to 50 years and includes tear-off, installation labor, and replacement GAF products necessary to repair the roof in case of covered manufacturing defects.
Silver Pledge Limited Warranty: In addition to all System Plus benefits, the Silver Pledge Warranty includes disposal costs and 10 years of coverage for workmanship, offering broader protection in case of installation errors.
Golden Pledge Limited Warranty: This is one of the most GAF’s prestigious warranties, offering 50 years of material defect coverage, plus tear-off, disposal, and installation labor. It also includes workmanship coverage for 25 years, or up to 30 years with GAF Lifetime Designer and Timberline UHDZ shingles. Only GAF Master Elite® contractors, like us, are authorized to offer this warranty. It ensures the roof is installed to the highest standards and is backed by GAF even if the contractor is no longer in business.
